My Stats Yesterday After Being In The Server For 5 Hours, Making 8 Hours All Over Again

I've been losing things from my inventory and playtime hours lately. Over the course of all my clips, I have spent roughly 27 hours on the server. I thought I was tweaking or hallucinating, but I'm actually glitching, losing items and playtime.
If yall could look into this, I would also like to seek a refund if I need to create a new character. I have a clip of myself having lockpicks and perc's, and it goes away every time I load in.​
